Okay, this is weird. Starting a few days ago, my right arm started twitching uncontrollably. If you've ever tried to lift something too heavy and your muscles do that 'twitch', that is what it feels like. I had during this time lifted up a (fake) heavy christmas tree to help people fix something wrong with it, so I thought that might have triggered it.
But starting last night/today, my right arm and hand are actually colder than my left. If I put both hands on my face, the right hand is noticably colder. I had someone feel it themselves and they notice it, but then checked my pulse and couldn't tell a difference in each arm.
tl;dr my right bicep is twitching like it's under a heavy strain but nothing is there, it's kinda stiff near my shoulder and my right arm is colder than the left.
edit: i should probably add that I have a bad tendency to roll over onto my right arm in a weird position while sleeping and making it go numb. Hopefully I haven't done some permanent damage to it, that's happened at least once a month this year.
Not a medical professional: That sounds like a pinched nerve, either from sleeping on the arm weird or just from sleeping in an odd position and getting your spine out of order.
It's been a few days, though. Where do you live, and what kind of medical coverage do you have? Can you get in to see a doctor without paying too much money? For something like this, usually the doctor can do a couple of simple in-office tests (like, "lift this" as they touch your arm or back, "does it hurt here?" kind of stuff, and questions about whether you've had other symptoms that might not seem to be related to you) and then figure out whether it's just a pinched nerve or something that merits more tests.
I've found out since then that my bicep right before the elbow is numb (only on the inside). I put a heatpack on it and it twitched some more, looks like it's sloooowly coming back. It's starting to feel like/sound like a pinched from hell now. I must have slept really hard on top of it.
edit: i have full mobility in the right arm/hand too which is why it was weird to me.
