Ahh, no I did not know that, I assumed that was why there were Oceanic servers..

So the god damned forsaken courier in Arathi really pissed me off a few days ago - there is an escort quest that goes through the farm where he spawns. I'm happily smashing the mobs that the npc pulls and then i see the courier spawn with its 4 guards ahead of me.

I'm a rogue so i have plenty of tools to take them no problem. I do and im proud of myself, when they all respawn right on top of me. So i just manage to get them again thanks to evasion and popping a potion. When they spawn again.

The npc gets aggro from most of them and we manage to get through wave 3. When they spawn AGAIN. this time the npc gets all the aggro and blade flurry is off CD so i do my thing. When suddenly the npc runs off as the mobs spawn for the 5th time. And i Die.

Very Annoying.

My rogue finally dinged 80, so I'll be able to put a lot more time into WAVEFRONT THE SHAMAN now. Hooray!

and now another installment in the OS EU Chronicles : The Adventures of Afty.

Last night i was questing around STV - this area is the busiest i have seen on the server so far and there was one mage in particular who got on my tits.

He would wait until i stealthed towards a mob (bloodsails at the time) then judge where i was and tag it just as i started attacking so that i'd have aggro and have to kill it for him. He would try this shit on each mob i went for with about 60% success rate.

I finally finish up that quest and move up the beach to the Zanzils and after about 5 minutes of competing for mobs with other players the mage shows up and starts his bs again.

I jumped on my mount and rode off - then rode back to see him start pulling mobs himself. So i round up 5 mobs (including Zanzil the outcast who drops a totem that spawns level 46 skellies) ride over to him and let all the mobs stand on him for a bit so that he is deffo in combat - Then i vanish.

He gets raped - I'm coining this method as Vanish-Rape - so do the 2 players that attempted to save him and i am left with a beach full of mobs to myself.

TLDR: Vanish-Raped an Asshat Mage.

There are a lot of knobs at the mid levels on this server. 54+ zones the dickery seems to be decreasing quite a bit.

Its pretty sweet, this morning i made an alt of each class. So that i can cover each profession. The amount of copper ore you need to level BS + Eng + JC is quite .. large..

Will be on tonight for some more leveling.

I'm so glad I started a dk, I have little play time so in the time it's taken me to hit 72, everyone is nearing Outland. Not long till OS nortrend instance stuff. Will be nice to get a group that dosent taunt the boss i'm tanking or stand still and spam frostbilts on the nexus last boss.

1) What are you dongs planning to do once you hit 80?
2) Can I transfer to your realm or would I have to start at level one (read: not bother)?
3) Do you need/want a holy paladin for the stuff you doings are likely to be doing?

1) I imagine we'll be doing heriocs and thinking about 10mans if the class composition is correct - or we can find 3/4 non retarded members of the general populace to make up numbers.

2) Transfers are open now, i have transferred a warlock across myself.

3) Everyone is welcome and Healers are never a bad thing.

So, I've got an hour left in work, then a 40-60 Min journey home. But today is one of my free days and by god I will get an instance done. Seeing as I need utgarde and that gettin a nxus group took four hours, I will come help anyone who just hit Outland clear ramps/furnace if anyone wants the help. Ofcourse I'd help anyway, but today demands a dungeon and I will complete one even if I have to pressgang you fucks into it.

Got sick of being broke and moved my Horde druid from good ol' nagrand. Have to say Horde side was fun for all 10 minutes this afternoon when I tried selling some of those leatherworking enchants I'd picked up on the cheap on Nagrand for tank gear at 80. Apparently Horde rocket scientists have declared they're BOP because they say you can only enchant your own armor not someone elses even though they are BOE. Trade chat is a universal constant it seems.

Now I just have to find a willing accomplice and pay 15% fee to goblins and gain access to my shiny gold. Might transfer the armor packs and some shards needed to make my enchanting rod but i'm concerned about snipers and may just sell everything horde side first.

Also I just got 315 tailoring so if anyone needs Netherweave bags just ask.

Its such a breeze 1-60, it really is. You can crack 2 levels out per hour if you get a good number of quests running.

I think thats true till 40 but i played solidly last night and 49 took me 2 hours 40 minutes. I Did have a lot of quests to turn in once i dinged though .....

Well, yeah I know your rogue focused aft, we were talking about it the other day. I meant neeps/velia primarly. Bron can take his time leveling. Once he hits 80 I'll have to cut of his head and drain his power there can be only one (tank).

Otherwise it's back to DK/DK/DK/DK/Pally PUGs for me. (That run dropped only cloth, dps leather and daggers)

I'm so glad I've played a tank before though. This server seems to be lacking them. Also every other DK I've grouped with has been DW pretending to be a rouge in plate. When everyone does get up to level it's gona be pretty fun. I don't have much playtime so knowing my guildies can actually play is pretty comforting. Speaking of which we gona shoot for raid content at all? If so we might have to consider recruiting from the populace. I predict copius /gkicks in our future.


Also today I get that cutscene. You know the one.

Let's form a core of PAers first, then move on to raids and bringing people in from the outside. I think we should master the Heroic Dungeon first, then start killing shit with nine other people.
