So last April I got a TV from Circuit City and I also got a credit card from them to do the no interest thing for paying it off. The credit card goes through Chase.
So now with Circuit City being kaput and my balance paid off for awhile, what do I do with the card? Do I get it canceled? Is it even viable now? Just cut it up?
Since the card is through Chase it's very possible that they'll just send you a replacement non-Circuit City Chase card. My wife had an LLBean card, and LLBean decided to switch to a different credit card company, but her account remained active with the original card company -- it was just no longer an LLBean card.
We were told to tell customers that the cards were essentially being deactivated... Though I can't tell you with any certainty as it's been a week since my last communique within the company, and Monday I was officially removed from their system.

Other than that, my guess would be to check with Chase.
But yeah, check with Chase and see what they say.
