...to the movie, but I feel like they managed to fuck it up. Bad. I know that the young people love "My Chemical Romance", so fine, if you feel the need to spit on me use My Chemical Romance. What I don't need is My Chemical Romance doing a cover of Desolation Row by Bob fucking Dylan. There are bad covers of songs, then there are covers where just the fact that the cover exists is an insult to music and the original artist. This is one of those situations. Whoever is putting the soundtrack together for Watchmen, fuck you.

    I think it's pretty ridiculous to call a cover an insult to anybody

    To say you don't like the style of the covering artist, and you think the song is bad, that's perfectly sensible, but I honestly don't think insult is the right word

    I guarantee you Bob Dylan doesn't care because he's too busy enjoying the money they paid him for the rights
