Booting XP, run Firefox. Shows in the processes, but no window loads.
If I boot into Safe Mode XP, I can run Firefox no problem.

...Spyware?

Probably. Running Malwarebytes, Spybot, and Adaware would probably fix it. You can also type start-run-'msconfig' and uncheck everything the startup tab that you don't want running as soon as your computer starts (i.e. everything except anti-virus programs, drivers; you can also remove all the quicktime/aim/itunes/java/realplayer shit, although that likely isn't causing your problem).

If that doesn't work, use HijackThis and/or Combofix.
