It's going to be 46`c here in Melbourne today again after a week of 40+ weather. All the trees are dying and the roads are clogged with tinder-dry flammable material. Meanwhile fires are threatening to burn down Sydney and I think Queensland has sunk under the waves or something.
At least the sharks have stopped their daily attacks.
I think it's God's way of saying move the fuck out of Australia what the fuck are you guys doing I put a billion deadly animals on this rock and you still fucking show up take the hint fools or I'll have to go all funnel web on your asses.
Man, I guess you should have thought before being born in a country founded by criminals, huh?
it wasn't founded by criminals it was founded by governor arthur philip in 1788. along with shiploads of sailors, officers and transportees was at least one free settler. many more followed in the several fleets sent from england in the decades that followed, but the operations were fraught with so much danger in those days that a great many never arrived
edit: did you also know that a large portion of the initial (and indeed continued) population was made up of marines sent to assist with the development of the colony? eventually known as the new south wales corps, they stayed on in the country as important members of the community, until disaster struck during the rum rebellion of 1808 - a coup which was destined to change the history of australia forever
maybe if you weren't all criminals you wouldn't have to live in Australia
ever think about that
man i just addressed this thoroughly like two posts up
if you still don't understand i could continue. have you ever heard about the arabic settlers who formed a key part of central australia and have left their mark (mostly in the form of roaming, wild camels) to this very day?

speaking of kangaroos, it's an odd bit of trivia that australia is the only country to eat the animals on its coat of arms - specifically, the emu and the kangaroo. i've had both, and while kangaroo is passable for gamey, tough red meat, emu is quite delicious, and probably a resource not tapped enough in this time of vast, unethical chicken barns
Also, bsjezz is right about emu. Emu meat is awesome. We used to do a kind of carpooling thing with this kid I went to school with. His family had emus. They gave us emu sandwiches as a kind of compensation for taking his kid to school.
Ten years later, and I still have the occasional dream about those sandwiches.

grow up, man, you know the muslim population has its fair share of thieves, murderers, rapists, and sodomists as well
Warm nights are uncomfortable. I personally like to wrap myself up in a layer of heavy blankets, and on nights where it is too hot for this I'm just sitting there naked and wide awake
and hey yesterday i left for work and the streets were filled with smoke and ash and there were helicopters above and im trying to find out where exactly those fires were yesterday because i think some were really close to my house
i mean they were close but i wanna know just how close
is there a map thingy of the fires anywhere?
at work all worried my dogs gonna be trapped in the house while the rest of the street evacuates

Staring at the ceiling with hatred in my eyes
i dont have a thermometer in my room because i think it would just make me mad
4 storey townhouse, my room is the top floor
rest of the house is cool as hell and i just roast here but my computers here so i dont leave
also maybe my room acts like a sauna perhaps with the sweating
for sleep i just stay up til 5am and by then the sun hasnt been up for a long ime so its begun to cool down and its easier to sleep
but if you dont sleep quick it comes back up and you are screwed

The last time it was 46 degrees here in the UK was in that part of the earth formation in the Civ 4 intro.
