Cybershot DSC s600 - "Access" then shutdown..

I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-S600 and when I try to turn it on, it just says, "Access", then turns itself off.

I have read through the manual 3 times!! @_@

I have searched google, but no luck!

Any ideas?
