I wonder how fair MP will be if people are using Move. I might have to start a petition to allow M&KB support :P If Unreal can do it, so can everyone else.
Except the Helghast are only worse because the UCN/ISA fucked them over in the first place. If the UCN had not conquered Vekta, sending a large number of the Helghast civilians to Helghast, then they wouldn't have an army of bald mutants braying for their blood.
No one forced them to leave Vekta, Helgan pride did that. There was nothing that said they couldn't live peaceably under ISA rule.
Yes, Earth tried to muscle in on the Helgan corporation, but them saying "SCREW YOU EARTHLINGS! WE'LL BE BACK ONE DAY!" was all them.

They should have come up with some way to keep Brian Cox around. Like, there was that thing people found with the in game character who gets killed, his eyes were green, while the guy in the intro having blue eyes. Like, stunt double or something.
I only say this because Brian Coxs voice was perfect for this series bad guy.

I've actually been a little worried about this myself and how it'll affect balance. That said, coz I saw it cheap, I did just order one of those mouse controller thingies to go through Killzone 2 with before 3's release. I think I'd feel dirty using it online, though if Move gives people a huge advantage then perhaps I wouldn't.
I am quite concerned about the whole 'the PS3 has been completely hacked now' thing for Killzone's mplayer. I shudder to think of the hacks and such given that people can just create infinite PSN accounts. I remember the hit detection on KZ2 seeming like it was all done client side then passed to the server, which could be a nightmare if the hackers get their hands on it. I liked it when the PS3 was uncompromised

Yes because we know from history that that always happens, populations are perfectly happy to settle down and let an invading force completely take over their territory and cities. Especially when those forces are then shipping over their own settlers, probably at the expense of the original population. Brilliant idea, why don't countries try it more often. :P
Not saying it's always right. But on the other hand, people should know when they're beaten.
If what you said was a hard and fast rule, we'd still have a Confederate insurgency in America, Japanese rebellions etc. There's fighting for a cause and just fighting out of spite. The Helgast are doing the latter with a eugenics program to match.

Yes, and they've basically sacrificed their entire culture on the altar of total war. However you slice it, the Helgan turned themselves into monsters.
Looks like Rico is still a meathead from the trailer. Would it be that hard to make him more likable?

As far as I remember, neither of those two wars ended with the victors taking over country, installing themselves as leaders (with no representatives from the original population) and shipping in their own settlers. So no, not even close. Better examples would be the European settlement of a number of continents/regions (America, India, South Africa, etc) or the more recent example, the foundation of Israel.

It doesn't really look like the Helghast are beaten.
