Problems with the Scheduling on my AT&T Tilt Phone

Ever since daylight savings time, my calender has been displaying all my appointments as +1 hour from when I originally put them in. It did this before when I would change time zones, a 3 PM appointment in CST was a 4 PM appointment in EST. This is totally useless to me since I'll put appointments in at what time I agree to meet a person in that time zone and not at what my time zone is when we have that meeting.

Of course, now it is infuriating, since every one of my dates is now changed to be 1 hour after the time I set it to. And when I go into edit them, it displays the correct time on the edit screen!

Example:

I put in an appointment as Class 1: 9:30 AM

Now it shows up as Class 1: 10:30 AM

And when I go to edit it, it's back at Class 1: 9:30 AM.

My phone uses Windows Mobile as an OS and I'm pretty sure Outlook is the calender. My phone is an AT&T Tilt. Please help!
