Excuse me if I use vague terminology, I'm new at this. I'm trying to create a video from a DVD I have (for work). The end result being an embeddable flash or avi file. What I want to know how do I alter the initial still frame that appears when the video is loaded on a web page? When I load up my video, it's just a black screen with a play button over it. I suspect it's because that's the first frame of the video...but I don't necessarily want to edit the video to change that.
