I need to buy some new wires, but can't for the life of me find coax cable on monoprice. When I search for coax, I get a lot of VGA adapters.
Do I want an RG/58 for in-home coax use?

That's a twist-on BNC connection. Old Epson projectors used that for component input. I don't know any modern home theater equipment that uses it for video.

What are you trying to hook up? Just saying "coax" doesn't mean much. There are a lot of types of coaxial cables. Are you looking for digital audio coax with an RCA connector? Regular 75 ohm for analog cable television?

The generic coaxial cable used for TV is RG6 with an F-type connector. It is, unfortunately, commonly referred to as coax, despite the fact that coax tells you nothing about the actual cable or connectors.
