Anyone know of a good place to pick up an i-pod Nano? My current i-river is a bit on the hefty side to go running with and I fancy using that little Nike doo-hickey that tracks your exercise.

I don't want to spend a lot of money though. Any idea folks?

Dunno if you have one near you, but I saw head(in the carcass of a zavvi) in merry hill selling 16GB nanos new for 129, which i believe is 20 off...

If anyone spots a cheap pre-order of Steven "Schindler's List" Speilberg's Boom Blox 2: Blox Party (TM) by Electronic Arts in collaboration with the famous director Steven "1941" Speilberg.

You might of course remember Steven Speilberg from being the creative force behind SeaQuest DSV or of course being Dawson Leery's favourite Director in televisions Dawson's Creek. We'ld all like to think that Dawson would also love Steven's latest Wii game. Steven Speilberg's BOOM BLOX 2: Blox Party by EA. The big hit for 2009.

    BOOM BLOX!

(seriously though, tis a great game but the best I can find is £25. £20 would be pppppeeeeeerfect.)

And I picked up 2 of those XBLA here's hoping they are 2100 point cards....

    Would put a 800point game at £3.80...

Kind of obvious to point out but LoveFilm also do films which you might be interested in taking advantage of. I've used them for 4/5 years and haven't had an issue with them for years, back when screenselect and lovefilm merged they sent out a lot of badly scratched discs but I haven't seen any of them for a while.

    Ah yes, films.

I wish I'd noticed the tesco one as I collect clubcard points but I really can't be bothered to re-subscribe. So I'm with LoveFilm. I added a couple of DVDs to my list a second ago, mainly Wiggles DVDs for the boy and The Dark Knight as I still haven't gotten round to watching it.

They've shipped me GTA IV (high priority) and Mirror's Edge (medium..) today, hopefully they'll be waiting for me when I get back from work tomorrow.

    Not too shabby.

So now that Lewie has forced me to buy Burnout: Dominator, and now that I've found out that Burnout: Revenge is a better game, I want to buy it as well, in order to advance my Burnout collection. Does anyone know where I can get Burnout Revenge for super cheap?

Burnout really is the best arcade racer ever.

Edit: Nevermind. I found it on Amazon.co.uk, used, for £3.94 delivered. Man, Burnout is awesome.

    Burnout.

Asda have the new Pro evo for Wii for under 20 pounds. I honestly can't remember what the exact price was, but I know it was £19 something or other.

I also saw some copies of Fallout 3 (PS3 and 360) on clearance for £20 but I think there's maybe a cheaper deal going on elsewhere.

I got Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box for £4!

I got the Trivial Pursuit + Burnout Pack for £14, and am now selling Trivial Pursuit for £10. I even got a code for Connect 4, which is first in line on Goozex now. Will hopefully get a few points for it (it is way too high atm, needs to come down).

Best deal I have had in a long time.

Dominator is fun, btw, but not as good as other burnouts.

    Nice work!

My Trivial Pursuit + Burnout Pack came yesterday. I'm keeping TP for when the family is round or for general drunken trivia evenings.

I tried it out with my wife last night and it's good fun. It pretty much is what it is, but has a decent level of polish about it. It also has a fun mode where you can bet on whether or not the person answering the question knows the right answer.

I haven't had chance to try burnout yet as I'm still working my way through Prince of Persia, which is really rather good and not boring like you claimed it was Lewie. It is, as everyone has said, very easy though.

I got my Ipod Nano today. 4gb Video - Grade C (save a few scratches on the back of it I can't see anything wrong), 12 month warranty, £60 from CEX.

I traded in GTA4, Twilight Princess, GH2, 28 Days Later (bluray) and my Xbox Live Vision camera which got me £60 exactly.

Now I need to get a good deal on the Nike+ Ipod add-on. Anyone any ideas?

Damn! I never actually bought anything there, because they wouldn't accept my card, or they said it wouldn't verify, am I screwed?

EDIT: I got an e-mail from them on 7th of april saying that my credit card numbers had been removed because the account had been inactive for three months, does this un-screw me?

It seems a bit shaky as to whether this is even true.

    Official Response:
There is going to be one post on this matter and one only and it will be locked.

This supposed SSL 4.0 list software shows many perfectly good SSL addresses as having problems, all of our URLs and pages are checked on a daily basis by 2 seperate security companies to make sure we are secure.

Even if they were able to replicate our ssl or get through it, the person in question would either need to go to a url that is not Shopto.net or have some sort of malware, logger or have been hacked themselves on their computer for their account information to be read and even then the user's credit card information is not actually shown under "My Account" but stored on a completely seperate encrypted server which is also tested twice a day, so how could you steal information that is not there?.

Also, the other company who were apparently "hacked", mzee also inform that at the moment, there is a massive attempt by German customers to fraudulently claim against them and recieve money back and this is something we take very seriously and could also resort in action being taken.

One thing, as many of you know that ShopTo pride itself on is our honesty with our customers and yes, you are probally thinking, of course we are going to lie blah blah but remember last time something happened with just the front page almost 3 years ago?, we were upfront and honest about that and made sure it would never happen again but please be rest assured, this supposed leak did not come from us.

    Regards
    ShopTo.net

Check your bank accounts to see if you have any charges on them you haven't made. Though I do highly suspect this claim is bogus.

After being inspired by the other thread, anyone know the best place to import Asian PS3 games is?

Specifically I'm looking for the game Demons Souls, and it has to be the Asian or Korean one, they're both entirely in english, but the japanese one isn't. I used to use either Lik Sang or Play-Asia for all my import stuff, but obviously thats not an option any more.

    Any ideas?

I could really use a USB mic for my 360 to compliment Rockband, anybody know of decent prices for them?
A cursory glance at amazon showed me a madcatz premium mic for like £13 which is fine and dandy, but cheaper is always nicer.

Wouldn't mind a cheap deal on one of them myself - I'm stuck with the headset at the moment, which is fine, but not exactly rockin'.

By the way, the game says its compliant with pretty much any USB microphone. How valid is that? Because I tried plugging in my Blue Snowball, and that didn't work at all.

CEX usually have Rock Band mics for 8quid, I bought mine from there before I bought a band in the box and its not missed a beat (pun intended).

    also: http://www.cex.co.uk/products/Gaming/Console%20Gaming/Xbox%20Accessories/index.php?sku=SXBXMADE002&name=Madcatz%20Xbox%20Microphone&mode=buy

pretty sure it works with Rock Band but I can't say 100%

Maybe I'm doing it wrong? I plugged it into the USB plug on the 360, but nothing was detected.

Of course, it doesn't have any buttons or anything like that. It's just a standard USB microphone. So that could be why.
