The Red Cross can find ANY soldier. Go to them with the man's name, and any additional info you have, and trust me, it will get to him. Maybe not quickly, but your package will get to him.

Or so I've been told.
the red cross needs his social security number to find him.
without this guy's full name, and his unit or his social security number, you're probably not going to find him. nobody in the army is going to give that info to you unless you're related.
I have his first and last name. and that hes a rangr fom waashington.

I am assuming you want it to be a surprise or something?
Well either way, his full name isn't enough, I doubt they will give out that kind of info on people who are deployed overseas. Security reasons and all.
Could you not just ask him? Or have you fallen out of touch?
I'm assuming he's on deployment. Y'know, where he's not going to be logging onto WoW or whichever MMO we're talking about.
You'd be suprised.
We were in Iraq and my company commander got in contact with the locals and ordered a private satellite internet connection so he could feed his EQ addiction... and that was before everything was built up to the point it is now.
