Hotmail problem

Whenever I click on emails from earlier than 2007 I get

"The message you selected could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted. Please click the folder again to refresh the view. "

This has been happening for a while. I can't find much info on it. Any ideas?

    The Product Team is already aware of this issue and is already investigating it. We don't have an ETA when this will be resolved.

    Also, some other user are reporting a workaround.

    1. Search for your messages. Type in "2009" in the Mail Search Bar.

    2. Move the messages that you want to view to a different folder and read them there.
    Have you tried to optimize your browser just to make sure that it’s not contributing to your issue? If not, please do so and let us know what happens. Here’s the link where you can find the steps:

    yeah, what they said didn't work.


    Sigh. I really should completely migrate to gmail.

    Basically the above translates to

    "Something is wrong, but we don't know what the fuck we are doing. Thanks for using hotmail"
