So, I love tuna. I have a few jars of ocean-caught tuna in my pantry, given to me by a friend. I have never had a tuna casserole before. So, I'm looking for a really great tuna casserole recipe. Something you've tried before that was really tasty. The cheaper, the better. The simpler, the better. I don't mind something complex, though, if it's delicious, too.

I make a simple casserole by mixing pasta, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onions, and tuna and putting it in a 9x9 dish, covering with cheese, and baking for about 30 minutes.
If you want really simple, just throw some tuna into a pot of macaroni and cheese.
I have made this and it is good. I use yellowfin packed in olive oil, and substituted fennel for celery. Also, searching for the above recipe I came across this, which might help you make variations on the tuna casserole theme.
My goto dish for quick and cheap tuna is tuna marinara though.
