Fable 2 Wireless Disconnection [SOLVED]

I've been trying to play Fable 2 again for a while after leaving it for several months, but I keep finding that at certain times, usually (annoyingly) during combat, my wireless controller randomly disconnects.

Is anyone else getting this problem, or is there some reason for it and a way I can stop it from happening?

    Does it happen whenever an action that includes controller rumble happens? Cause I had this problem briefly where whenever the controller rumbled it would disconnect. If that's the case then check the batteries. When it happened to me the batteries were running low. I replaced them with fresh ones and problem solved

    I've changed the batteries now and no more D/C'ing. Woohoo! I love you Stevie
