LAN games for non-gaming laptops?

My friends and I are looking for games we can play over a network.

The catch - we're using non-gaming laptops with crappy integrated graphics cards.

Any suggestions? Starcraft and Diablo 2 were the first games that came to mind, but we'll try any genre.

Thanks in advance.

    Age of Empires II

Not a LAN game but Guild Wars runs fine on my crappy integrated graphics laptop.

    Worms 2/Armageddon

But it probably works better with more people.

Battle for Wesnoth runs just fine on a non-gaming system (I've run it without issue in a virtual machine), and as an added bonus it's also free. It also plays on a LAN without a lot of work.

The Typing of the Dead. 2 players only, and it drops all the time if you're trying to go wireless, but great fun (for two people) if you can get it working.
