Okay, so I'm behind a firewall at work. This isn't usually a huge problem, but they want me to do some stuff with ruby and cucumber, and not being able to just use the gem command to install things is becoming hugely cumbersome.
Can anyone point towards some good instructions on seeing up the windows console to use a proxy server? More specifically, a proxy server that populates it's fields with a .pac file?
