Mediocre week, I guess, unless you're a ghostbusters fan!
All platforms (except PSP) get Ghostbusters this week. The HD systems get a more realistic looking Ghostbusters while the Wii/PS2/DS get a more cartoony iteration. Sounds good either way!
The consoles all get Guitar Hero Smash Hits as well, the full-band master-track compilations of "favorites" of past guitar hero games.
PC gets the new
America's Army game. It's free! And usually this series is pretty good.
WiiWare is getting
Eduardo the Samurai Toasterthis week, supposedly. The game looks like it could be a lot of fun, kind of like the Castle Crashers of the Wii.

You should know that you can only use prebuilt decks in the game. If I recall correctly, they start out at 40 cards each, and you "unlock" additional cards, but each deck has preselected cards that you unlock, and they're simply added to the deck, with no trading cards in or out. That said, it still sounds fun, and with prebuilt decks, it better be balanced as hell. It'll also be good for getting new people into the game, and the puzzle mode looks pretty good. It reminds me of the monthly puzzle they had in InQuest magazine.
May not be the best games ever, but they can be some online fun and the price is right.

I thought I was going to get away without buying anything this week, but Telltale have crushed my dreams.

Do not engage the Watermelons.
And man. That Magic game would be so tempting, even with the way it's structured. But I don't have a 360. Oh well.
I cant wait to get that one myself. Curious to see what a Suda 51 game on the DS will be like.
