I've got a movie scene in my head and I can't for the life of me figure out what movie this came from. Some of the details in this might be wrong.
There is a black actor, he is talking with a female actress. I do not remember the female actress' race. I am 90% certain the male actor is Samuel Jackson. The actor that is probably Sam J. is trying to convince the female actress to do something, possibly to go somewhere. He asks nicely once or twice, and then loses his temper. I think he grabs her arm and then raises his other hand like he is about to backhand her and says "Bitch, be cool!"
Any help appreciated.
I just googled the phrase and it's not Pulp Fiction that I'm thinking of. I'm sure the character I'm thinking of is much sleazier than Jules, I'm thinking something like Jackie Brown or Menace II Society or Jungle Fever.

It's the part where Tim Roth and the actress are holding up the diner.
He's not grabbing any women by the arm or threatening DV against them in that scene.

I've never seen Jackie Brown, so it may happen in there. But it 100% happens in Pulp Fiction when the blond in the diner gets ahold of a gun and is getting ready to shoot Samuel Jackson. He's yelling at her boyfriend who he's pointing a gun at to tell that bitch to be cool. "Say 'be cool, bitch!'" and all.

Edit: At least the line. That's verbatim pulp fiction. If he actually hits her, then it's not.
Although, to be honest, it could be just about any blacksploitation or blacksploitation inspired movie.

Which is almost a better film than Pulp Fiction simply because of that sexy minx Pam Grier.
