Nyaaaaah. I keep all my games in binders (to keep the cases crispy clean! I'm neurotic like that) but for some reason it fell from my chair and my cat sprayed in it ~_~.
Now mind you (and thank the almighty Gods of Rock) most of the stuff that was covered or drenched in cat pee/spray (smells fucking foul) were old Xbox and some crappy PC games but the sentimental value is astronomical. But the biggest loss was the Wii games (they're all the way at the back where the spray pooled).
I gave it a good wipe with a dab of vinegar to get rid of the smell but it still smells! Also; will they still play!?!?! I don't wanna hunt down another copy of Oddworld Stranger's Wrath .
Unless your cat pisses acid, they should be fine. You can always, you know, put them in the console and see. Toss the binder that got sprayed, unless you can somehow run it through the washing machine, the smell will almost assuredly stay with it, and the cat will know...
If your cat is peeing outside the litter box then there is something wrong with the box or your cat. If it's jsut spraying that's strange as the vast majority of fixed cats don't.
If your cat is spraying and it smells foul, that likely means your cat isn't neutered and you should call the vet as soon as you have your discs in order.

I don't think it's pee, he's peed before and it didn't smell as foul (and vinegar and baking soda worked wonders for the smells and such).
Yeah his neutering is scheduled for later this month, he ain't fixed yet.
Does rinsing discs work? Or is that just stupid? ~_~ I'm dumb.

Vinegar and baking soda? Kinda counter productive, dont you think? Might as well use soda water to clean it.
enzyme based is the way to go, look for it at a local pet supply shop. you need to put it on stains first thing, as other cleaners will interfere with it.
also if your cat continues to have pee issues after he's neutered, that could be a sign of a bladder or urinary tract infection

First, you can just wash the discs and they will come out fine. Fill your kitchen sink up with warm water and soap (laundry or dish) and wash your discs like dishes.
Don't soak them in there, but wash them each with a soapy, wet cloth and then rinse them. Let them dry on your dish rack for a day or two, because you're going to have moisture seeping into the plastic center of the disc. You want that to dry before you use them again.
Obviously, throw out the binder.
For the carpet around where your binder was, you may have to go with a special cleaning product like Medo suggested.
And what your cat did was urinate on them. Whether he was simply relieving himself or spraying, it is still urine. It's not like they spray some special, ultra smelly liquid. It's just piss.
If it's just discs that got sprayed it's not a big problem. Just fill the sink with warm soapy water and leave them in there for a while. Them give them a day or so to try out an bam good as new. Its the wonder of having a media format with no real electronics in it.
Advice here sounds fine, but if it were me and time was not an issue, I would soak and dry one disc first, then make sure it works before doing all the rest of the games.

Yupyup, vinegar to get rid of the smell and all that jazz and baking soda after it dries and such so it can remove the rest of it.
