D&D: Character Metadata Sheet

I recently dug up an old DnD campaign I started writing a year or two back.
Because I'm interested in involving my players in the campaign, I put together a packet for character Metadata,
all sorts of information about a character that could be useful to the DM in any stage of the campaign implementation.

As it took me several hours to plop the PDF together, and it's something that may be useful to others, I thought I'd link it here. All of the text fields are fully enterable via the computer.

Comments/Suggestions appreciated.

Character Metadata Sheet v1.2

[DnD Resource] Character Metadata Sheet
The Character Metadata Sheet is a packet for organizing character information for tabletop gaming meant to accompany the Character Sheet.

I created it to help myself tie character backstories into my campaign, as well as act as a resource for the players.
It is a good aid in character creation, and developing a roleplaying identity.

All of the fields are text-enterable.
The link above will always direct you to the latest PDF.
PM any suggestions.

    Snazzy.

Critical Failures (Tabletop gaming and all that is good and wholesome about goblins and the slaying thereof) is the forum that would dig this the most, I think.

I'll try dropping it there, thanks. May the doublepost gods forgive me.
