hey, i'm looking for a program that will deliver a quality TV stream over the internet. I'm okay with paying for it.
I know i could get a TV Tuner but it seems like there should be some way for me to do this over the internet Ustream and livestation are okay, but quality is borderline and if something big is on TV the stream is sometimes bogged down.
