Workout Playlist

I am putting together a Rock/Metal Playlist to workout to. I am looking specifically for high energy songs and I am looking for a few more songs to round it out.

I really am not up to date on how genres play out in a lot of bands, but damn near anything by Prodigy has got a solid beat and electric guitar to work out too.

The tempo in that Baroness track matches my cadence almost perfectly, so I put that towards the end of the playlist when I need inspiration to finish up the last mile or so. I also throw on Slayer's "Raining Blood" when I do official 5 and 10 K runs, because it gives me the willpower to sprint as fast as I can towards the end of the race.

Rise Against has a pretty significant chunk of my lifting playlist (with Andrew WK just behind that).

And if genre doesn't matter, you might want to check Eminem out, specifically Lose Yourself, Run Rabbit Run, and Till I Collapse.

Honestly that Mulan song gets me more pumped than a symphony of every speed metal guitarist ever would.
