Internet Explorer formatting messed up

Post maintenance, the formatting for the forums using IE is messed up. There are no links to My Bookmarks and the category headers are missing.

    This is also the case on Chrome. Firefox is fine.

    Okay, I just deleted all cookies and restarted the browser. That fixed it for IE.
