As it has come to light that the previous poll was tainted by multiple-vote abuse, the need has arisen to perform a new vote, one where potential abuse is checked before declaring winners one moment and realizing voting abuse the next. Given the possibility of the original poll's creator in contributing to the abuse, the poll should ideally be held by a different member of the community to insure impartiality and fairness.
