Help me identify this toy from the mid-'80s?

Apologies for it not being a very good picture, my phone's camera is rough.
The only thing written on the toy is "1986 Hasbro"
It's somewhere in the 2 feet tall range, I got it when I was a kid, and I have absolutely no idea whatsoever what if any toyline it's from.

Anybody got any ideas?

    Woo! Thanks guys! My nephews have been spending a lot of time at my parents, and my mom broke out a lot of my old toys for them to play with, and I couldn't remember where it was from. It was the only one I had, and the boys are using it as a He-Man villain (which works). I just couldn't remember what it actually was.
