Okay so I picked up one today to facilitate holiday baking of sorts

It's a silicone baking mat that's good for up to 450 degrees

Now I need something to bake

Help me out here people. Give me something to break this bad boy in with. Also it's my first one so if there are tricks I need to know you had better tell me what they are

IT'S GOT ME REACHING IN MY POCKET IT'S GOT ME FORKING OVER CASH
CUZ THERE'S SOMETHING IN THE MIDDLE AND IT'S GIVING ME A RASH

Wouldn't they just look like gingerbread men?

Also, this topic is highly ironic.

Am I the only one thats uneasy with putting silicone stuff in the oven?

It seems good enough, but there must be a catch.
