I've just finished listening to the Downloadable Content podcasts and I haven't been able to identify all of the words to the theme song. Has anyone else been able to figure them out?

"I got that, I got that wild caught salmon" (as opposed to farm-raised salmon)
I always thought it was "Talk about a plan best laid", but listening to it a few times I'm not sure.
Will have to listen close again, 'cause I'm second guessing myself (haven't listened to the intro in a while).
