Cyberspace Switzerland [Net Neutrality]
net neu·tral·i·ty
noun
the principle that Internet service providers should enable access to all content and applications regardless of the source, and without favoring or blocking particular products or websites.
So it appears the appeals court has upheld at least the most pivotal aspect of the F.C.C. rulings back in 2015, namely that broadband is a utility and not a luxury that can be messed with to the benefit of corporate entities. The question now I suppose, is where does it go from here?
