net neu·tral·i·ty
noun
the principle that Internet service providers should enable access to all content and applications regardless of the source, and without favoring or blocking particular products or websites.

So it appears the appeals court has upheld at least the most pivotal aspect of the F.C.C. rulings back in 2015, namely that broadband is a utility and not a luxury that can be messed with to the benefit of corporate entities. The question now I suppose, is where does it go from here?

I'm sure they'll appeal to the supreme court where they'll probably lose again because the justices all but spelled out the correct path for the FCC in the ruling that set them to classify broadband as a utility.

Would be nice to see it pave the way for infrastructure to reflect the utility classification and increase availability of connectivity.

    I doubt they'll get cert.
