My wife found this friend setting up shop on the outside of our door to our deck this morning:

Apparently my spider google-fu is exceptionally weak -- almost as weak as my desire to look through spider pictures on the Internet.

Lighting the @Arch @BugBoy signals as is expected for these threads...

    Baby Orb Weavers are about as close as Spider's get to cute, I love orb weavers

    Orb weavers are great because they eat all the annoying flying bugs around.

    Unfortunately they also love to try and build webs over doors and windows so I am constantly brushing them away in late summer/fall.
