PAX East Indie Game

Hey all! I played and saw a ton of games at PAX East and was especially interested in Armello, which looked great. However, there was another game with a similar premise (Redwall-like animals-as-medieval-fantasy-heroes) that seemed more like a third-person adventure game, but I cannot for the life of me remember the title or find it through my progressively more bizarre Google searches.

So! Two questions:
1) Has anyone actually played Armello and can give me a quick interpretation of it and whether they liked it?

2) Does anyone know what the other game was I referenced?

    I found the game! It's Tunic, and I am sad it won't be out until 2019.
