    [Endgame]
I finally managed to get everyone out alive. Had everyone loyal except Miranda.

    Legion through the vents.
Garrus as fireteam leader both times (Because he's that awesome).
    Samara for the biotic shield.
Legion as escort for the crew.

Chose to press on instead of defending the door.

I would like to pause for a moment, to talk about my penis.
My penis is like a toddler. A toddler—who is a perfectly normal size for his age—on a long road trip to what he thinks is Disney World. My penis is excited because he hasn’t been to Disney World in a long, long time, but remembers a time when he used to go every day. So now the penis toddler is constantly fidgeting, whining “Are we there yet? Are we there yet? How about now? Now? How about... now?”
And Disney World is nowhere in sight.

Is the 'canon' choice if you make a brand new character in ME2 letting the council die?

    Yes.

    That blows.

I want to play this game so badly, and I enjoyed the first one soooo much on the Xbox, that learning this is almost enough to make me give Microsoft some more money. Bastards.

I just wanted to say, I think it's great that when you to talk to miranda about her personal quest

she stands up and leans over a chair, and the camera does a closeup of her ass

Just completed it. OH MY GOD.

Well done Bioware, this is my favourite game ever.

    some endgame stuff
Everything from getting the IFF onwards was intense. Playing as Joker when the Normandy got attacked was genius.

I have loved every bit of this game. The writing has consistently made me laugh/want to cry a little. And I appreciate Commander Shepard making me feel cooler than I ever will in real life by being bad cop.

Going to have to do it all again tho as Garrus was the only one to die (even tho he was loyal. wtf?) and fuck it all I am not going into ME3 without Garrus. Even if he has gone a little psycho.

Also I chose to save the reaper ship at the end and instantly thought it was a terrible idea. So I have no idea whether or not to save it next time. Even Martin Sheen's dulcet tones cannot make me trust the illusive man.

vsove please hurry up and make ME3.

e: one thing I think must have been a bug. I got everyone loyal but Grunt's special skill never unlocked. When I highlighted it, it said "specialty unavailable, not loyal" or something but he was most definitely loyal. Stupid krogan.

I've had dialogue cut off in the middle of lines a few times. And at one point near the end Joker disappeared. He was still talking and stuff but totally invisible.

Also a couple of instances of characters doing crazy sideways skating instead of walking which always looks pretty funny.

All in all tho ran brilliantly and not ONE texture pop.

The renegade option was "You're no Liara".

    I just finished the game

    It was excellent
I don't know about fighting a giant terminator at the end. I don't think it hurt me once, and it felt a bit much like a generic boss fight. But still, very good overall. All my crew members survived (except Chambers. She got turned into goo) and I chose to diss the Illusive man and trash the Collector ship.

    Garrus to lead fireteam 1

    Legion in the vents

    Jack to do the shielding

    Jacob to lead fireteam 2

    Success.

huuurg why do I read metacritic user reviews
    Gary M. gave it a 0:
Mass effect 1 was pretty much a fantastic game and the perfect balance of Rpg and Tps and a superb cast of characters with a great story. You'd expect further improvement on Mass effect 2 however that is simply not the case and instead the series has simply gone backwards by a landslide. The problem is that pretty much all the RPG elements that made the first game great have simply gone thus making this game an all out third person shooter in an obvious attempt to gather the casual gamers attention. Secondly is the Story and Characters which in the first game was simply superb however in this game you simply don't care about the story or the characters and will find yourself trying to skip the long and drawn-out cinematics just to get on with the game. Lastly is the graphics in which yes they do look great however the improvment over the first game is minimal and in some way have actually gotten worse. Overall if your looking for a real blend of Rpg and Tps I reccomend you purchase Mass effect 1 as it is by far the superior game. Obviously with this game greed has gotten the better off Bioware which has lead to the once great series being butchured and stripped off all its best elements which results in a mediocre tps.

Why is zero even an option when rating a game?
