I'm pretty sure Slaneesh has a Fields of Ecstasy waiting in its hands. But don't worry I'll spread the love around.
Now, would I do that to you?
You totally would and why not? It's the best thing to do.
And Nought you don't have a chance to click unless you want to risk dancing with the Bloodletter. Unless there is a zero cost chaos card that has a magic symbol.
Nurgle is also referred to as "Papa" by his followers. It's just referring to his paternal nature regarding his followers, and has nothing to do with the other three powers.

Really, tryiing to force any sort of coherent structure upon the Ruinous Powers is vile heresy. The four gods of this game are just four different incarnations of the ever-changing, impersonal force of Chaos Undivided. There are countless others, these are just the four most powerful incarnations.

Khorne, word of advice. You don't have any chance of double ticking this round, at most you can hope to tie Slaanesh stopping him from double ticking. That's dependent on the dice though. The only way to be sure is to spare me two lepers in Kislev, so that I can get two dial counters and tie with Slaanesh. then we all tick once.
So, if you hit twice in Kislev, please aim one for the peasant there, for your own sake.

1. Remove Chaos Cards from the Board - Warp Shield dissipates
