Brother Nurgle, with your great demon there I think it's time we discussed Skull business. If we can manage to kill all of Slaneesh's cultist in the area and my bloodsworn remains we will tie for ruination and thus Slaneesh will get less VP. Neither of us can catch you, so why not ensure your enemies get less VP? All Khorne wants is Skulls.

The turns move and summon are interchangeable; when you "move" a unit, you're really just resummoning it in the new location. Any region which contains or is adjacent to one of your figures is a valid destination.
