On another note their are some game items I need to discuss. Psolms and I recently did something new for Dark Times which worked pretty well and I'd like to adapt to a more regularportion of events. We did an RP session in the #darktimes channel which resulted in his last monstrous post. I think a good time was had by all and it allowed us to do a session fo back and forth in an hour that would normally take a week in pbp format. So I offer the following, when engaging in heavy RP you may request a special live session with me, your friendly GM. I'll try to make myself available.

Onto Mechanics. I have decided that I am going to abandon the Auto Fail on a roll of 1 rule in favor of something new. What I am dubbing, the Living Force roll mechanic. I won;t put this into place unless it is generally approved but here is what I am thinking of doing.

Lets say a character rolls a 1. In this case Oren because, well he's Oren. What he would then do is roll 1d6 and deduct that roll from his overall total.

Oren Acrobatics Check: 1d20+5= 6
Living Force Roll: 1d6= 4
Roll Total= 2

Now if a character rolls a critical you do the same thing.
Oren Jump Check: 1d20+7= 27
Living Force Roll: 1d6= 6
Roll Total= 33

Please let me know what you guys think of the proposed mechanic. I think it adds an element of chance to things which is why I liked the auot fail on a roll of 1 roll but it doesn't make things so hit or miss. Again if you guys don't like it then it won't come in.

Sorry for not posting guys. Since I had that tooth pulled, I've gotten an infection and am on antibiotics and lots of painkillers. I'm not up and about much. Hopefully by the end of the weekend I hope I can get a post up.

Atarn was one of the most wanted men in the galaxy during the Clone Wars. He was a operative of the Collections and Security Division of the InterGalactic Banking Clan. His reputation for being ruthless was often more than enough to intimidate his victims into handing over their meager wealth in order to satisfy his employers.

Unfortunately for Atarn he got greedy. He started collecting for himself and killing off his targets, then he'd report them as bed debt. In a few years he'd gathered a sizable amount of credits for himself.

Of course the InterGalactic Banking Clan caught on to his scheme just before the end of the Clone Wars. With the CIS in need of money to fuel their war they seized Atarn's personal fortune, contracted bounty hunters to kill him, and branded him a traitor.

Ever since Atarn has been on the run.
