    What does it matter if you have an email address that ends in Gmail?

    I mean, it doesn't even remotely hold the same stigma as, say, an aol address.

    I will invite folks as soon as it lets me. it might be temporarily disabled for everyone, or maybe I have to prestige a few times to be able to do it.

    I've got the Google Voice plugin in for Chrome. Don't even bother with texting on my phone while using it. Can call people, too. Fuck calling people, though.

    Yeah I love using voice with my phone, but I find that trying to use it with my Win7 tablet PC doesn't work so well. Chrome in particular doesn't get along with it.

    I'm thinking the resharing option and the ability to "follow" people makes this a real threat to tumblr as well.

    it's a little down arrow on the right side of your posts. click on it, and there's some options there, including one to disable resharing. resharing is on by default.

    Here is one thing I would like to see, though: The ability to make my circles concentric.

    So instead of adding my most trusted friends to "The Inner Circle", "Friends", and "Acquaintances" to make sure they get anything I share, I want to be able to say "The Inner Circle is a subset of Friends, which is a subset of Acquaintances. So any time I post something to Acquaintances, automatically share it with the other two circles as well."

    But with circles even when that happens you can shuffle them off to their own private Family circle and only share things like "I GOT A RAISE!" "Look at this puppy!" etc.

    ...actually I better move my brother to a different circle, he doesn't deserve that sort of treatment.
