Sure, but drawing any of: chennai, jakarta, bangkok, ho chi minh city is an instant loss. Drawing london or NY, or chicago + atlanta, or kinshasa + johannesburg puts us 1 outbreak from loss. And we're entering the possibility of the last outbreak on preda's turn I think. So we need to get the medic out there to clean stuff up
1) IW cures black, flies to Paris, moves to Essen, airlift Medic to Jakarta, move Medic to Bangkok, which eliminates chain outbreaks there.
2) Preda discards Baghdad to fly there, cures yellow (removing 5 cubes from wherever seems appropriate), shuttles to Atlanta, pass or move to Chicago
3) I hand Essen to IW, play mobile hospital, move to London, move to New York, move to Washington/Toronto
4) Phyphor becomes dispatcher, has either four medic moves or two medic moves + curing in Chicago and moving Preda to Atlanta, depending.
5) Kthulu puts out fires
6) IW moves to Paris, shuttles to Atlanta, takes Atlanta from Preda, cures blue, we win.

Great, africa just killed us... going through the moves, but since I can't save santiago (or the next epidemic will kill us for sure in Africa) we have to hope in our 1 in little more than 2 chance of not drowing it....

Either way, I can get there, especially with IW drawing a blue card.
You can still move/move/fly/cure. Preda ended up in atlanta with the card, so IW can move to paris, shuttle, take & cure, essen's not needed
