I've got a headache behind my eye.

Stupid body, we agreed those would go away once I got my BP under control. Now a year later you're backing out of the deal.

Modern DC does one thing suuuuuper well. And that is their cartoon movies.

Assault on Arkham is an awesome story and it's not Batman centered. It's the suicide squad! It's tits.

Sean hannity's defense of Adrian Peterson: my dad beat the shit out of me and I never went to a therapist and I'm fine

people opposed to child abuse when your child misbehaves need only play that clip!

it's a stunning indictment of corporal punishment

This Adrian Peterson thing has brought out so many horrifying child abuse stories in the news.

Almost all of them told by people who think they are defending corporal punishment instead of piling on the evidence against it.

So I took a sleeper train from Edinburgh to London last night. Turns out that the rocking motion of the train is quite conducive to sleeping. Turns out all those babies in rocking cradles were right

    Jodo is so batshit

back in the 90s they translated and reprinted a bunch of his Metabraons comics (him and Moebius doing a very Dune-esque space opera with lots of pointy hats and Techno-Techno-Space-Popes (everything had to have two "techno"s because it was so futuristic)) and in lieu of a letters page they would print these like, essays by him about space and time and the creative process and various other things that I bet would not have been very much more coherent even if they were not translated from French written by a Ukranian/Chilean

also, I really enjoyed new Doctor Who and I am having very positive feelings about this season overall. It's not a question of every episode being towering works of genius, because that is impossible, but we've had five episodes ranging from "pretty good" to "terrific" and I think that may be the longest unbroken winning streak the new show has ever had. I find myself looking forward to Saturday afternoons with more enthusiasm than I have than at any point since Smith's first season.

what say @Bogart or the @BobCesca‌ / @japan domestic units?
