If you have time I'd suggest to head south to here in Eugene and check out Ninkasi brewery, they do brewery tours and I could get one scheduled depending on your schedule.
I was amazed to see a Wegmans near me have Boulevard Brewing Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale in stock. Grabbed some without a second thought.
They also had a large selection of Stillwater Artisanal beers and I also bought some Extra Dry. I'll admit to buying the Extra Dry a few months ago at a Beers of the World in Rochester, NY primarily because of how much I loved the graphic design of the can but I ended up really liking the beer.
There were also a few kind of Off Color Brewing beers but they didn't have any Apex Predator. That's the funkiest, stinkiest farmhouse ale I've had and I loved it.
ABInbev didn't even want to keep Miller and sold SAB's stake back to Coors.
In other american adjunct lager news, it's post-season baseball time over at the stadium and there's a GIANT budweiser trailer parked outside and they're setting up some kind of outdoor beer garden. It's gonna be an interesting evening.

Drinking something brewed on beautiful Formosa, some dudes called 23 Brewing. Their #1 Pale Ale is solid, it tastes like the kind of beverage I would give some one as a base line for what pale ale is before they graduate to something a little more advanced.
Did that sound douchey?
Edit: They have a another one by these guys, it's a spring seasonal weissebeir, with tones of fruit juice in it and t is sour and tasty but it might as well be cider, it needs to be drier to register as a beer for me. It's good but I wouldn't order it when I feel like drinking beer.

Hanson, yeah the 90's pop band, BREWS BEER NOW and ONE OF THEM IS HERE to pour beer.
Can you guess what their flagship beer is called? I'll bet you can.

If it is a new brewery, that is basically how they all start out. Just the hits, then many months later the new and interesting stuff.
and I wonder about my neighbors even though I don't have them
but they're listening to every word I say

Dragon's Milk, Bourbon barrel aged... I felt the debate night was a good night to crack one open... Even after only an extra 6 months, that licorice flavor comes out. Gotta save the next two for late next year now.

Since you said Fri/Sat, I'm assuming the coast (Newport?) which means Portland proper on either the 20th or 23rd depending on arrival/departure?

Miller High Life.
I think it's been a couple years since I've had anything less craft than a Sam Adams.
This stuff just...I can't understand its continued existence as a viable commodity.

But I love Miller High Life
Works decently enough if your using it to cook brats on the grill.

I did work. And as a tip, the person I did the work for gave me a six pack.
And I'm okay being a beer snob. It happened gradually enough, I didn't really notice it.

Aren't there bears outside?
