Holy motherfucking shit, Enslaved: Odyssey to the west. How in the goddamn motherfucking hell did this shit get past initial testing? Much less get fucking released???
It ran great and stable for me all the way through. What kind of issues are you having?

Is the pc version bad?
The 360 version is in my top ten games of all time!
Considering I just played through the whole thing a few months ago.. No, it's not. Plays perfectly fine on my machine. Fun game.
@Jazz re: The Long Dark. When foraging, you choose what type of wood you're looking for with the three tabs at the top. Kindling, softwood and hardwood. For the safe, you can crack it. Go very slow and listen. It will click, and one of the lock icons will open when you find the right number.
I bought Dungeon of the Endless when it was on sale Saturday, and I regret nothing.

Noted! Thankies, I'll give it another whirl soon.
When I'm not being hunted by that goddamn xenomorph.
Yeah, the only issues I can remember having with Enslaved on consoles was crazy tearing and maybe some weird difficulty spikes with those damn timed robot fights
Dungeon of the endless is so hard. I got to the second floor, realized I had zero resources because I set up an elaborate choke point for being able to escape. Whoops. Seems like a very "skin of your teeth" type game.

Some quick tips:
1) Play on very easy. Seriously Easy is a lie and will murder you relentlessly
2) Escaping on early floors shouldn't require a large resource investment. You should have enough dust to light the safe path there and any dangerous side rooms. It helps to have a fast hero grab the crystal and everyone else to be waiting at the exit I find.
If you want more expert advice the actual Endless thread has a bunch of guys with way more time in it than me talking about what they use to win.

At least for me, it stutters like crazy. I'm not running a supercomputer or anything, but I can run Bioshock Infinite and Saints Row IV fine so this shouldn't be bringing my computer to its knees.

I'm playing on Easy and I'm not having too bad of a time with it. I think I'm on the 4th or 5th floor? I make a point of opening every single door, because that's how you get resources and stuff.

I just made it to the second floor for the first time. On Very Easy. Game is hard, but super cool so far.

This sounds awesome and I look forward to participating if I have the means to!
Also, I didn't realize the last thread was closed. I got nervous because no one had posted in a while.

I grabbed this last year. It's an absolutely amazing deal.
For people who might want to experience an amazing and beautiful game and easily GOTY 2014, Amazon has Dragon Age Inquisition on sale for $45 today. I get that this is not the "omg 75% off" Steam sale level of excite-generating, but holyfuckingshit this game is good. I paid $70 for it and don't begrudge Bioware a penny.
Damnit, was kind of hoping Skyrim didn't' get any cheaper so I could easily wait until Christmas sale. Now to decide if I should just get the base game for now or get it all. Child of Light also looks interesting. And I've wanted Shadowrun for a while. I beat Portal 2 on 360, but I should probably have it on PC too. Same with Xcom. Or maybe I should just play the games I have (ya right).
@Stolls just up and stealth attackin' with both DLC to one of my favorite games in recent years. Thanks man! I will try to "goodnight sweet prince" everyone and then mess up and stab everyone instead. Probably.

Bethesda addresses the complaints about 50% off DLC by making Dragonborn only 33% off. What assholes.
Weird. I'm 99% certain the last time Skyrim went on sale, all the DLCs were 50% off... which of course still made Dragonborn and Dawnguard individually more expensive than the Legendary Edition. Which makes exactly fuck-all sense. But this? Just compounding it, Bethesda! Dragonborn £9.37; Legendary Edition £6.79.

I really wish Amazon would let you link your steam account so you could just link games that you buy there to it like you can with humble bundles. I just picked this up and copying and pasting all of those codes was a pain in the ass. #firstworldproblems

Dragonborn is 67% off ($6.69) on Amazon, if that helps.
Oh, I have them all. I just continually check it every sale because it now amuses me to no end how they decided to screw over people who had bought one DLC and none of the others at the time Legendary Edition came out.
