Does anyone know if I can use checks for accounts that I control, but the names on the checks are older and the account's name is more recent?
Yes, right? Because what they care about is account numbers and shit?
As long as you're the owner of the account they should work at the bank fine. Might not work at like a grocery store.
I am shipping it to the California Department of Vital Statistics
Yeah you'll be fine. It would only be an issue if you're at a place where they need to check ID but don't have access to the account to verify you're the owner (so anywhere but a bank that does that)
If it's a concern you can always do a cashier's check.
are YOU on the beer list?

My wife has asked about joining me at the range one day
Thinking about picking up my CPL and getting a handgun, too, although I don't really want to. :bigfrown:
I probably won't get my concealed carry. If I ever have a reason to legitimately need to carry my firearm on me things have hit a point where they won't matter.

Seriously Nintendo has not made a good console since I entered college in 2001/02. You can say the Wii was successful and it was, but it had the highest rate of shovelware and was just pretty dumpy. The Wii U was just an abomination.
But having many personal dollars to spend, I am excite for other high end consoles. Scorpiooooo
I was talking with my friend about asparagus piss (we were at a bar; I had asparagus earlier) and we realized we had a difference in understanding: I thought that the genetic whatever people have made your piss smell after you ate asparagus, whereas he thought that it didn't make your piss in particular smell, but rather gave you the olfactory ability to smell the chemical that was in everyone's piss after they ate asparagus.
The only test that will resolve this dilemma is if one of you comes over and we smell my pee together.

I considered @ing you but then I thought it was too much
It was better for you to independently realize you were on the hook
I finished putting together my emergency car bug out bag today and damn it looks good.
I need to make a list of emergency supplies we should be building up
not bugout bag like
power and water go out after an earthquake type stuff. first aid. water filter.
is there a good list somewhere I could look at
I can give you one. Where do you live (region) and what's a possibility? (like I don't plan for Earthquakes in TN but I plan for tornadoes)
PNW
earthquake taking out power/water for a good while (if our house doesn't collapse on us first)
also cold weather for a few months a year
we live near a small stream
Two cases of bottled water (48 bottles)
Instant meals (I prefer mountain house)
A way to boil water (jet stove, alcohol stove, etc) and fuel
Sawyer Mini or a lifestraw (to get water out of the stream) but if it's cold you can also boil the snow
Water purification drops
Military surplus wool blankets (better than space blankets imo, but take up more space, fine for a house though)
Space blankets (in case you have to leave)
Portable ham radio (search it on amazon and there's one called the Baofeng that fucking rocks. Also has AM/FM/emergency bands)
Solar charger and/or crank charger
candles AND battery lanterns (preferably rechargable/solar)
heat source (this can be anything from tea candles over a terra cotta pot to a portable gas heater, but have something in an area you can use it.
first aid kit (with hemostat clotting agent)
axe/shovel/glass breaking tools
spare clothes
soaps, shampoo, etc and a solar shower (they work really well, but don't let them heat on the ground, put them on the hood of a car)
toilet paper
5 gallon bucket with a toilet seat and composting solution if you can't go outside
That's more than enough to get through three days without going crazy.

ONLY ONE CAN WIN
You think dark souls is more likely than those others?
And also no to all 3.
More Switch news about Zelda and Resident Evil 7, less about Rabbids and Mario Party.
