Also, I might as well post some old lego crap I've done...namely, a fairly epic project from the 7th/8th grade. It's a touch mismatched, but I'm proud of it.
The GBLS (Generic Big Lego Ship)
Upper, totally enclosed part was the gunnery control room. Lower was bridge and engines.
I was the only kid who would put the LEGOs together in perfectly seamless fashion, so I would obsessively look for the right pieces to make everything as smooth and finished-looking as possible. Dear god, I loved it so.
The new Castle line looks fucking awesome--way better than the Power-Rangers knights line that preceded it. It gives me hope for a new pirate line.
Come ON lego, PLEASE let me give you more of my Money!
What that big set piece for the new castle line is really old school, although the lego site has shit for pictures of it other then some weird shot taken on an angle.

I'm going to buy this shit so hard. I almost started buying them again when the viking sets came out. I didn't because I was still so pissed off at Lego for making all their non-Star Wars sets absolute shit.
Like they wanted them to be 'play' toys not 'build' toys. Fuck that shit. They were so fucking close to saying 'some assembly required' on the boxes I swear to Christ.
One of my friends has the LEGO Star Destroyer, the biggest commercial kit, sitting on its own table in his house.
He claims it took him and his dad more than a week to put together.
And the LEGO game looks like it'll be good in terms of creativity and letting you do what you want.

I didn't have that set, but I had a large castle set in the same line as the one above. Same armor, pieces, etc. I forgot about those horses, haha.
