It's been a long time since I've done one of these.

The Deer Hunter poster is so great, and the fairytale WIP is awesome. I've got your In Case of Zombies shirt. I love your by the numbers type tees.

Those posters, are you just making them for fun? Or do you have plans for that?

I'm doing a series of 9 in the same colours and making a big 3x3 grid of them. Just for fun (but it's also great portfolio stuff).

I guess I am more of a designer than an artist but I've got some more traditional stuff in the works.

I'll post these to round at the thread a bit more:

Hey Moss, if you don't mind what are you using for the printing effects? Or is that from actually printing them? Also great work and congrats on the Times pieces.

It's just a simple texture over the top. I find it keeps vector pieces from looking too flat and soulless.

Man am i glad you made a new post.. great stuff..
I love the "cleverness" of most of your designs.. they look good, and most have this aha-moment that really makes 'em enjoyable...
I didn't like the one with the bird and the hood, untill i realised.. that.. robin.. hoody.... brilliant stuff, great looks. keep it up!

What happened to the blood looking splatter on the robin hoody? I thought it looked cooler with that.

Also I'm such a photo dork I would be half tempted to wear a tshirt like the one with all the canon gear up there.

Your movie posters are glorious (I really like the Die Hard and American History X ones, in particular), they look like they should be the cover art for the Criterion Collection releases of these films. :^: :^:

Thanks man. The other one I did is pretty weak, but it was a super last notice replacement for another one I'd done that I was actually happy with. The original was pulled due to copyright issues (it was a play on a monopoly card).

While I get what you're trying to do (i think) only a few of those are succesful in my opinion. Namely, the ones that play with the shooting range theme (mona lisa, the scream, david, and the Venus De Milo.)

i think he means the ones that are actually people, i mean who wants to shoot flowers? i want blood baby.

i dig this, this is kinda like Bansky, making fun of classic art and stuff.

Well... some of the others that are people have no bullet marks (the thinker for instance). Maybe if this gets explained, I'll enjoy it more but as it stands, I really only like the ones I mentioned above :)
