So this Sherlock Holmes game is alright I guess
I mean, I'm enjoying it, in a way
But it is terribly frustrating at times, which I guess for a find shit adventure game is par for the course
Just sitting there with a magnifying glass for five minutes trying to analyze whatever is missing about this guys footprints so you can move on in the fucking game gets tiring after a while.
I think that's basically the reason why people stopped playing adventure games
Man Rain Slick is freakin perfect. It has a few puzzles so you have to think about it, but there isnt anything real crazy like putting ketchup on a cake anywhere so its still doable.
I played the ship way back when it first came out or during beta or something
it was rough around the edges in all the right ways. Kinda like UO. Sometimes you would die and be like "that was bullshit there was like nothing I could have done" but shit that's the appeal.
I seeeeriously doubt anyone still plays though

can you even use dedicated servers for that, or do you need to host?
you can use dedicated servers, you just need to be the lobby leader I think
I dunno SirToons does most of that
but yeah we've played the maps a few times, they're a lot of fun
wish more people had them because when we're playing them people without the maps keep trying to join and it lags us up something fierce until we figure out whose friend they are and tell them to bite a dick
but what with the potential for usermade maps and all PC is the way2go4left4dead
I would say the price is justified by the quality. Though you can't really go wrong with going for the vanilla flavour instead anyways. 10 bucks is not a lot for what you are getting.

this game with 8 players in versus mode is the most fun I've had gaming since the WoW beta or Chapter 2 of BG2
and I have to say that with this deal you need to buy it on PC
not only is the SE++ playerbase significantly larger but the ability to crack the extra maps for Versus is rad
