the G.I. Joe spot wasn't bad

Snake Eyes did some flips and that was pretty cool

It was not a good movie

at the same time it was not the horrible abomination that everyone complained it was

as for Quaid, I recall being just fine with his part in it, if nothing else

maybe it's just that everything about the GI Joe movie that I've seen looks so incredibly cheesy and I wasn't really prepared for that to be the case even though if I'd thought about it for three seconds it would have been a very obvious possibility

You shut up, the Street Fighter Film is one of the best things ever made.

The new one, on the other hand, looks awful.

Taking itself way too seriously awful.

Sorry, girl is too hot, can't hear you.

    Over Ming-Na Wen? Doubtful.

haven't read the thread but i just popped in to say that The Emperor is the best thing about GI Joe.

he had the DNA of Genghis Khan, Julius Ceasar and a giant snake or something?

    It was magically ridiculous.

I can't remember the name of the Doctor who did that, was it Mindbender?

I remember reading that issue in the comic series and him robbing tombs for the DNA he needed.

    Serpentor!

Fun Fact: Not only did he have the DNA of the greatest military minds from history, but they also infused him with some Storm Shadow.

Rocky Balboa (yeah, that guy) appeared in the GIJoe Order-of-Battle limited series comics (basically a set of dossiers for all of the Joe members and significant Cobra forces,) but was later retracted as a joke.

Also, Sgt. Slaughter DNA was used only in the cartoon incarnation of Serpentor, but not in the comics.

Serpentor, thats it, i forgot. (where did the emperor thing come from, did i just make that up?)

    So many great episodes.

I think i liked the one with the trained cobra rats (THEY STOLE STUFF) and the two-parter with the hallucinations best.
