Bah. I guess my experience left me jaded towards the whole online dating thing. Then again, at the time, I wasn't looking for a few laughs, or conversation. I expected something more somehow, and was sincerely let down, and disappointed.

this is such great advice, but I have no idea what to buy or make thats healthy for lunch or dinner, i'm almosttt out of food and I was going to hopefullly buy something asides hotdogs, I got breakfast covereddd, eggs or cerealll, now all I need is lunch and dinner
lunch - spinach salad with mustard and a bit of mayo for a sauce & sliced eggs for protein
dinner - baked potato with garnish and a chicken wrap with red peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and some sauce (red pepper mayo, teriyaki sauce, bbq, sauce, etc)
Pasta loom. Easy and super delicious. Also just ground beef or chicken breasts. Just cook a ton of it and then refrigerate, poof, you've got meals for lunch/dinner and whatnot throughout the week. And only takes like 15 minutes to cook.
i've never cooked chicken breasts or ground beef beforeee, do I just place it in a oven or something
You can, a really easy way to cook ground beef is to throw it all in a pan on medium heat. Sprinkle some spices (can be as simple as some pepper sprinkled on top honestly), I like to put some soy sauce and cayenne pepper in there for a bit of flavor. Just kinda chop it up and stir it constantly with a spatula until it's not red anymore.
Chicken breasts are a bit tougher but not much. Oil the pan, put it at maybe a little less than medium heat for those guys, sprinkle some lemon pepper on one side to be simple and if you have a lid, you can just put the lid over the pan and let them sit for about 15-20 minutes (keep an eye on them so they don't burn). And the heat will cook both sides without flipping the breast. If you don't have a lid, you can just flip them about 7 minutes in.
Telling people specific recipes as a means to change their diets is asinine. "HEY DUDE, EAT THIS!"
You need to understand what is good for you and what is bad for you and why. It only takes a little bit of reading. Scroll down to the diet section, and there is an excellent primer on easy, healthy foods to eat.
It is pretty much common sense, though. Fruits and veggies are your friends (not the kind that come suspended in HFCS and preservatives). WHOLE GRAINS are important. Whole grain wheat bread (not white), whole grain pasta, brown rice (instead of white instant). Substituting red meats for healthier proteins...(chicken breast, beans, legumes, tofu). Red meat isn't always bad, but it needs to be regulated, or else you'll end up hypertensive like me.
Granted, I'm not a nutritionist, but this is what I have picked up over the past year of trying to stay healthy. And I've lost weight, and my blood pressure is normalized.
EDIT:
And hot dogs on the regular are bad, especially if you smother them in additives.

Also listen to Forbe, he is saying good things. I've also lost weight over the past couple years by making permanent dietary changes and exercising regularly. Feels good man.

First of all, don't COOK chicken breasts, you FRY them.
Second of all, DON'T eat chicken as they are packed full of antibiotics and hormones. Eat turkey instead.
Third of all, fish meat at least once a week is an absolute minimum. And don't touch the bloody Panga, ugh.
Fourth, veal/beef is generally more healthy than pork.
Bonus note: Lexxy that's hiliarious, I want to see a photo of you screaming in rage.
