You have a terrible illness, my heart goes out to you.

No but seriously, what do you mean?

In November and December, I couldn't be doing something other than breeding for perfect IVs in Emerald.

and its not a NO EVs rule its just a no EV training rule. Just a very casual league, get the pokes you like and fight. Its a nice idea, I don't know how it'll work out.

I can't not have EV trained pokes.

Four of my steel gym guys are actually members of my competitive teams.

And the other two I have been considering to add in some format for a while.

I'm basically just on the fence on what kind of Lucario would be best and then I'm ready to go steel-pro.

See I'm not the only one

What I mean is that Pokemon has gotten to the point for me where IV training and EV training are what's left because the games themselves are not hard to play through. The end-game is what I'm buying those games to do, and the end-game is very much an IV/EV world for the most part.

If I ever find my Diamond cart and someone wants very-good-but-not-perfect IV scythers I have them. I am TRIPPING in them.

I've toyed with the idea in my head, since your pokes auto-level to 50, of a league where everyone just breeds pokemon for IV's, doesn't train them at all, and fights with them using the moves bred into them and just the IV values. I think it'd be neat.

I had to spend some of my hoarded Ethers/Elixers to refill PP, but that's why I'd been saving them. Everyone on the party actually did something and took down something. Hey, SE++ has gym leaders now, how come we haven't started our own G&T gyms?

I believe we were trying too, let me find you the link.
    Updated Rules so far.

    No Legendaries
After the battle if the gym leader is defeated he/she trades a baby of one of the pokemon he/she used to the others (Much like Gym leaders give you a TM after defeat)

Gym Leader Determines type of Battle (IE Doubles or Singles, and How many Pokes and Item Clauses) and switching, within reason.

How's this sound for basic guidelines?

Poison -- Eeveelution (My Team is going to Be. Drapion, Tentacruel, Roserade, Muk if I can manage to get one, Toxicroak, Crobat)
Water -- Chen and Jars can fight for it, looks like Chen had first call
    Grass -- Butler
    Bug -- Bugboy
Steel -- I think mankus mentioned it
    Pyschic -- RockinX
    Dragon -- Open
    Ground -- Jars Perhaps?
    Rock -- Open
    Ice -- Professor Hydron
    Electric -- TC4T
    Fire -- Open
    Flying -- Open
    Dark -- Open
    Normal --InvisibleInk
Fighting -- Enlong (There you Go)
    Ghost -- Open

Also the ability to record battles for show if possible.

I suspect pretty common in cases like Torchic where it evolves from an adorable birdie into a hideous drag queen and people drop it out of sheer shock and/or disgust.

It's not banned but it's heavily discouraged, which kind of makes bringing a team of min/maxed OU motherfuckers a bit unsporting.

Every single Pokemon on this team is OU. Which wouldn't be a big deal in and of itself, but between that and the fact that you're training them right, no one is gonna be able to beat you, because they're not operating on the same field of play.
