My intention was to be talking to the whole party via the mesh. Irgvin is apparently the kind of guy who assumes everyone is interested in his opinion...
Anyway, we can start doing Investigation rolls once people start to appear
Indeed! Just, like i said make sure you guys let me know what or how or who or whatever you decide to investigate. The context is always important, obviously.
Irgvin has succeeded in that check. He's currently tailing them, though they haven't even passed the four of you yet. Anyone else that wants to chime in, go ahead.
Sounds like a plan. It's fairly likely that ANDI or someone's muse would've thought to take note of their mesh IDs, unless they were encrypted or hidden or something?
If any of you are into that sort of thing, you would know that DeVora's is a fairly standard, cliche dance club. Laser lights everywhere, loud music, heavy beats, that sort of thing. It doesn't have a particularly seedy reputation, but it's not exactly the classiest place you could dance the night away.
Giving people a little more time to respond with anything, preparations or objections to the plan, other plans, etc, before moving on with plan Rainfall.
You heard 'em people! I want to see that IC thread at the top all the damn time.
We can beat the 4th edition players.
Take some license with your posts, too feel free to narrate. What rainfall did when she first came in was scripted, of course, but that sort of thing is fair game. Have people react to you in non game changing ways, narrate minor actions and/or lines from other people, tell me what you're doing and why, talk amongst yourselves. Feel free to move things along in whatever way you think is more dramatic or better storytelling or whatever you're going for.
One line posts are fine, to establish your presence or lack of action, or if you dont have the time or ideas for something longer, of course. But if you have a minute to write, ham it up. In this format the storytelling is the first priority, as opposed to the gaming table, where that is much harder.
PS For those of you who are not aware, I am in GMT, so my posts may be at weird times. It's not that I'm ignoring your plans or whatever, I'm probably asleep!

Mesh or meat doesn't make much of a difference for most of transhumanity, but since he posted first chances are he's simply the first to arrive.

...damn.
That line man. It does it every time.
Also, Brutus best not show his head today, what with the date and all.
8-)
...got Krashed.
Okay I don't know where I was going with that.

Changing.
RET CON.
NOW.
Now I feel like I'm part of some horrible secret!
It wasn't mine either... Then I realized it had been underlined in my IM client, and it gave me the wiki entry.
I blame Rend.
That has got to be the strangest wiki redirect, though.
