i remember when i was 3 my friend came over/ our moms had coffee
we decided to play Action figures
having had two older brothers, i had a lot of action figures
by the time we had decided which action figures we each wanted and how many were allowed each, he had to go home.

I think my earliest memory was being in a high chair at the dinner table...so what's that, like...2 or 3? My parents have a picture of me in that high chair, eating oatmeal, grinning hugely, with oatmeal all over my face.

Don't lie, this happened when you were seven. :P

My earliest memory is from my third birthday in Mississippi. We were playing outside at daycare, and all of a sudden I wanted to ride on the tricycle. Some other kid was playing with it, so I yelled at him as I tore it from his grip and pushed him out of the way.

The tricycle was green and there were beautiful trees all around the playground; his facial expression combined terror and anguish.

Speaking of tricycles, lady mustang and I were buying baby shit yesterday, which is fucking boring, but we came across this bad boy.

I refuse to have any gaudy plastic shit in my house so she is getting one of these, and once I explain it's retroactive coolness in comparison to the horrible red and green plastic scooter-thing with buttons that play stupid songs ad nauseum she will love it.

Hey Wakkawa it might have been a photo rag type of paper.

I know canon and some other companies make some but I think Hahnemühle is (supposed to be) the best.

    It's expensive though too.

Spoilered for my ridiculous fear of mustache bugs.
Okay I can't sleep. Tonight I saw the biggest house centipede in the history of the world. It managed to hide in my couch before I could leap across the room and destroy it with paper towels and all of my might. :x It's probably not alone either. It's like they descend in swarms: when you see one, you know you'll see a FUCKING MILLION OF THEM! I NEED SLEEP FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! WHY DO THESE FILTHY MONSTERS EVEN EXIST, AND WHY DO THEY KEEP ME UP AT NIGHT?

Sorry... I'm exaggerating, but I'm just so tired. This specific phobia is getting big time pathological.

How do I get over this? (short of calling the Orkin man)

Actually, house centipedes are one of the most beneficial guests you can have. They are voracious insectivores and, like spiders, will more or less disappear if you get rid of their food (other bugs).

I see them in my apartment occasionally. If anything, I'll just catch them (in a glass or something, they are capable of stinging) and release them outside. The only ones I've killed outright are the two that I've seen in my bedroom. Stinging/biting insects are not welcome in my sleeping quarters.

I'm pretty sure that they're the only thing that keeps my building's roach population in check.

Yeah for an inkjet printer. I can find some good 13x19 paper, but nothing equivalent in 11x17. The 13x19 is like 95lbs, 22.5mm. I just really don't like glossy paper that much, but I can deal.

I mean yeah I can print 13x19 and cut it, but I am lazy!
